Engineers over the past decade have taken a hard look at their 700 Remington triggers and came up with some new designs that feature new geometry. These triggers, such as Timney’s HIT Trigger, Trigger-Tech, Bix’ n Andy, Geissele, and Jewel are robust and the triggers feature new Sear Engagements, with Adjustment Lock design (SEAL’d) that ensures a user-friendly setup. They have adjustable pull weights and over travel, yet most are delicate enough to be set with a pull weight as low as 8 ounces, up to 2 pounds, which is a must for any accurate rifles performance down range. Remington Model 700 triggers are designed for long-range shooting system and competition platform rifles.
