SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY
Our promise is simple. You've invested in your rifle system and we aim to make that life time investment, with success and satisfaction in your long range pursuits. If you are not delighted in every way with your Custom Rifle System, we want to hear about it. We are your companion for life in the Pursuit of Long Range Excellence.
Your Rifle is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase. During the 1 year warranty period, should you experience a problem, Backcountry Custom Rifles will, at its sole discretion, correct any manufacturer’s defect in the firearm through repair or replacement with the same or comparable part or model. Ordinary wear and tear, damage from excessive use or unintended use, or issues due to neglect, or accident are not considered a defect, and are not covered under our warranty. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY (RIFLE ITEMS, ACTIONS, BARRELS,TRIGGERS, OR BOTTOM METALS WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED)
We can accept returns on unused approved part, unaltered products in the original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. If a product is defective, we will accept it only with an approved RMA, and a explanation of the defect. This is subject to our verification upon receipt. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Actions, Barrels, Triggers, Bottom Metals, or Ammunition related products will not be returned for refunded.
RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Submit an RMA request form to Backcountry@xmission.com:
- Once you've received your RMA, remove all accessories from your case: (Slings, sun shades, ammunition, etc)
- Ensure your hard case is properly secured for shipping with insurance
- DO NOT send ammunition in the same case as your rifle
- Return using the instructions indicated in your RMA
