Description
Hawkins Precision DBM style M5 bottom metals ARE designed for precision shooting and fit all “AICS” 5 and 10 round MDT “DBM” Magazine Boxes. The bottom metal will fit all standard M5 inlets. This bottom metal is precision CNC machined from a solid piece of 6061 billet aluminum, with a barricade stop in front of the magazine well, and has a drafted magazine port. It has a cantilever spring release that will not open under recoil. It is lightweight, finished with Cerakote Elite finish for ultimate durability, corrosion resistance and built with friction reduction. Fits all Remington 700 and Remington 700 clone actions, with the M5 inlet, designed to fit all “AICS” compatible magazines boxes.
Bottom Metal features a reversible and adjustable mag catch, and added reliability when loading even Ultra mag cartridges. These are the perfect pairing for all your M5 inletted hunting stocks and long range competition rifle platforms.
- Available for Remington 700 (and REM 700 clone) actions in short and long action cut for extended box mags.
